Our Process

Your journey with us starts with an initial meeting at your home with one of our experienced landscape designers. This consultation is an opportunity for us to listen and understand your ideas, needs, wants, and dreams.

During this meeting, your designer will guide you through a short questionnaire designed to capture the essence of what you envision for your landscape. This foundational step helps us create a concept that aligns perfectly with your vision.

After our initial discussion, our design team gets to work crafting your first concept. This will include a scaled, plan-view design outlining the general layout and features of your new landscape. Along with the design, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining costs associated with the different features included in your plan.

At the previously agreed-upon time, your landscape designer will meet you either at our office or back at your home to present and walk you through all aspects of the design. This meeting is crucial for discussing any further ideas, revisions, or adjustments you may want to make to ensure the design meets your expectations.

Once the design is finalized, we’ll discuss the scheduling and timeline for construction, as well as a payment schedule for the project. We will review and agree upon general terms and conditions, and an initial deposit will be collected to cover materials and start-up costs.

Throughout the entire construction process, we maintain a strict level of detail, ensuring that your vision is realized with precision.

During the construction phase, we understand that changes and variations may be necessary. If you wish to implement any adjustments, we will provide a written change order or an email detailing the changes and any associated costs. All modifications will be agreed upon and confirmed in writing before implementation to ensure transparency and alignment.

Once your landscape is installed, we will discuss the proper maintenance of all aspects of your new outdoor space. At this time, we can also introduce you to our landscape maintenance program, which is customized to fit your specific landscape and lifestyle needs.
